In addition to writing on Substack I’m also a trainer and coach in ‘real-life’. After almost three decades in the corporate world in sales, account management, outsourcing, and operational roles I set up my own business in 2023 and now work as a trainer and coach. What’s Involved in My Training Sessions?
‘One size’ never fits all. Each customer request is carefully considered, and a solution is crafted to ensure your business goals are met successfully
Training is customized to meet the needs of a specific individual, team (local, regional, or global), or even extended organization
All training is founded on the principles of integrity, empathy, and plenty of curiosity
Sessions can be held in person, or more often in small virtual groups, depending on your budget, and the required outcome
Each session usually encompasses a combination of practical exercises, group discussion, and teaching / lecturing
Feedback questionnaires are distributed at the end of every session and the output can be shared with you the customer

Prior to starting GATEHOUSE THIRTEEN I gained 25+ years experience in building successful, enduring relationships between companies having held a variety of roles in large pharma, biotech, CRO, specialized vendors and at a clinical research site.
Previously as an executive leader I successfully led high performing sales teams to support the evolving needs of companies from 100 to 40,000+ employees.
Global, inclusive attitude - collaborated with diverse teams spread across AsiaPac, LatAm, Europe, and North America.
Education: PhD, Radiological Sciences (King’s College, London) and certified NLP Trainer - additional training in a variety of sales methodologies, business storytelling, personal resilience, the impact of language, and presentation skills.
